'Fabulous' Float Puts Equestrian Back in SaddleThis time last year, thirty years of successful equestrian competition suddenly came to a grinding halt for Whenuapai horsewoman, Judith Hayes. Her newly delivered - and very expensive - horsefloat literally fell apart. Then, before the float could be repaired, its manufacturer went into liquidation leaving Judith without a float. out of pocket and unable to transport her prized horses to competition. However, through hard work and tenacity on her part and the assistance of Transport Efficiency and float manufacturer, Trailux Luxury Horsefloats, Judith is back on the road. And back as the proud owner of a top of the range Trailux Stealth 350 horsefloat. complete with BPW running gear. Judith says she is delighted. Not only with the float. but also with Trailux.Trailuxsupplied much of their labour for free. And then there were the Trailux suppliers such as Transport Efficiency who helped out with special purchasing arrangements after Judith contacted them all personally. Judith describes her TrailuxStealth as fabulous - an opinion she reinforced by helping out on the Trailux stand at last years Auckland Easter Show, and by enthusiastically endorsing Trailux to fellow equestrians. She says the quality of the componentry and workmanship is superb and the towing and road stability of the Stealth, with its BPW running gear is "phenomenal". Road stability in a horsefloat is a particularly important point to equestrians. Because of the stress transport can cause a competition horse, Judith says she put that aspect to an immediate test. "I had a young horse who had never been in a float before, yet she showed none of the stress that you would expect after a long journey." None of which is a surprise for Trailuxs Steve and Carol Fuller. Quality componentry, design excellence and superior performance are the hallmarks of their Beachlands based company. As a result, Trailux is earning a big reputation in equestrian circles, helped a great deal by the enthusiasm, experience and endorsements of people such as Judith Hayes.
